Outside Sales Representative

They will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing and new clients, as well as identifying potential sales opportunities. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
2. Identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service and support.
4. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and progress.
5. Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals.
6. Negotiate contracts and close sales.
7. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
8. Report to the Sales Manager on sales performance and other related issues.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADP’s products and services.
10. Work within tight deadlines and effectively manage time.
