- Identify and target potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Actively listen to clients' needs and provide customized solutions to help streamline their HR processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate the value of ADP's products and services to clients.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless sales process for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Continuously maintain and update client information and sales activity in CRM system.
- Represent ADP in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company values and standards.
- Embrace a fast-paced and competitive sales environment, continuously striving to improve and exceed targets.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing ADP.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by being a positive and supportive team player.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Outside Sales, Preferably In The Hr Or Payroll Industry
Strong Knowledge Of The Local Business Market And Ability To Identify And Pursue New Sales Opportunities.
