  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Promote and sell ADP's products and services to potential clients.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  5. Build a strong network and actively seek out potential clients through networking events, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  6. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  8. Attend training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  9. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to achieve maximum results.
  11. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
  14. Stay updated on competitors' products and services and provide feedback to the sales team.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
