Mid Market Account Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Mid Market Account Executive to join our ADP-Automatic Data Processing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales record, a strong passion for customer service, and the ability to think strategically while managing the client relationship. If you’re excited about the prospect of helping our mid-market clients succeed, then we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Working knowledge of CRM software and other related technologies• Technical aptitude and experience with payroll and/or HR solutions is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing mid-market clients and acquire new clients.
2. Utilize CRM software to track sales performance and client interactions.
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and effective customer service.
4. Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and troubleshoot customer issues.
5. Demonstrate a technical aptitude and experience with payroll and/or HR solutions.
6. Monitor and analyze sales and market trends.
7. Create and present sales presentations for clients.
8. Ensure all deadlines and commitments are met.
