
Manager - Retirement Programs
The Manager - Retirement Programs at ADP-Automatic Data Processing is a critical role in helping us provide our clients with exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will possess strong strategic, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help manage our retirement product offerings. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the retirement industry, as well as the ability to develop and implement plans to ensure compliance with all government regulations and best practices. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in the retirement industry with a focus on retirement plans and products.• Proven record of success in managing and developing a team of professionals.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to interpret and develop retirement plan documents, as well as interpret and comply with applicable government regulations.• Strong knowledge of the retirement industry, including applicable laws and regulations.• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for retirement product offerings in accordance with government regulations and best practices.
- Manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure quality service and support to clients.
- Interpret and develop retirement plan documents, and ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
- Monitor and analyze current trends in the retirement industry in order to identify new opportunities.
- Review and analyze retirement plan documents to ensure accuracy of the information.
- Develop processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy of the retirement product offerings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and government representatives to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and report on team performance and progress towards goals.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of retirement product offerings.
