Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager of Retirement Programs to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the Retirement Programs team, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration, preferably in the financial services industry. You must also demonstrate the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex retirement plan issues. Additionally, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, and a customer service-oriented attitude.If you have the qualifications and enthusiasm for this role, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Retirement Programs team to ensure efficient and effective services.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to retirement plans.
  3. Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex retirement plan issues.
  4. Foster relationships with other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments related to retirement plan administration.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  8. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
