Manager of Retirement Programs

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the Retirement Programs team, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration, preferably in the financial services industry. You must also demonstrate the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex retirement plan issues.
