Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and initiatives that align with organizational business objectives and support organizational growth
2. Lead and manage teams of professionals in the implementation of knowledge management initiatives
3. Leverage technology and best practices to increase employee productivity and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
4. Research and analyze current knowledge management trends and identify new opportunities for innovation
5. Develop effective policies and procedures to ensure knowledge management initiatives are being implemented correctly
6. Provide feedback, guidance and support to team members to ensure projects are on track and meeting deadlines
7. Monitor and evaluate performance of knowledge management initiatives and make appropriate adjustments as needed
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
9. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate progress and results to senior management
10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends and recommend changes to keep knowledge management initiatives relevant
