- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in major accounts division.
- Manage and grow relationships with major account clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
- Identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends to management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base and promote company's products and services.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Travel to client sites as needed to conduct in-person meetings and presentations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In A Technology Or Payroll Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Large Accounts And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision Makers.
Knowledge Of Hr, Payroll, And/Or Human Capital Management Solutions And Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape.
