Major Accounts Retirement Services District Manager

ADP is looking for an experienced, customer-focused District Manager to lead our Major Accounts Retirement Services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and managing retirement plans, specifically with Fortune 500 companies. The right individual will be a strategic thinker, capable of building relationships, and have the drive and commitment to provide exceptional service to our customers.The District Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan for the Major Accounts Retirement Services portfolio, as well as achieving sales goals and objectives. This individual must have a deep understanding of the retirement plans and services offered by ADP and be able to identify opportunities for growth. The District Manager must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders at all levels.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and/or account management role. In addition, the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the retirement services industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
