Job Description

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for an experienced and motivated Major Accounts District Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have an impressive track record of developing and managing key accounts in the region, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. In this role, the Major Accounts District Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and strategically driving revenue and profit growth.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of sales experience in the human capital management or payroll services industry, with a proven ability to close complex sales, develop customer relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as a valid driver's license. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new opportunities for ADP’s services and products in the region.
  2. Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences.
  3. Strategically drive revenue and profit growth through sales.
  4. Close complex sales and negotiate contracts with customers.
  5. Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and senior management.
  7. Utilize leadership and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention.
  9. Track and report sales results and activity.
  10. Remain up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
