- Lead a team of CPAs to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Manage and oversee the performance and development of the team, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for client engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of ADP's payroll and HR solutions to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of ADP's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Attend and represent ADP at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Cpa Certification: Holding A Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) License Demonstrates Expertise In Accounting And Tax Laws, Which Is Crucial For Managing Complex Accounts And Providing Accurate Financial Advice.
Previous Experience In A Managerial Role: Adp-Automatic Data Processing Is Seeking Candidates With Prior Experience In A Management Position, Preferably In A Similar Industry. This Ensures The Individual Has The Necessary Leadership Skills To Oversee A Team And Drive Results.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A District Manager For Major Accounts, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Abilities Are Necessary To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships, Negotiate Contracts, And Communicate Complex Financial Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
