In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the response to cyber security incidents across our organization.   1. Lead and coordinate the response to cyber security incidents across the organization.
  2. Stay up-to-date on emerging cyber threats and develop strategies to proactively address them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and effective response to incidents.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, including identifying the root cause and implementing preventive measures.
  5. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
  6. Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify potential security breaches.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to other incident response team members.
  8. Communicate and report on incident response activities to upper management and stakeholders.
  9. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees on incident response best practices.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize incident response processes and procedures.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends and developments related to incident response and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations and be available for immediate response to critical incidents.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of incident response activities.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for incident response activities.
  15. Lead post-incident reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: A Lead Incident Response Analyst At Adp Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Incident Response Processes And Techniques, Including Network And System Forensics, Malware Analysis, And Threat Intelligence. They Should Also Have A Strong Grasp Of It Infrastructure And Security Technologies.

  • Extensive Experience In Incident Response: Candidates For This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Incident Response, Preferably In A Leadership Or Senior-Level Position. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Handling Complex Security Incidents And Mitigating Potential Risks.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Lead Analyst, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership And Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Lead A Team Of Analysts, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support As Needed. Previous Experience In Managing A Team Is Highly Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Write Clear And Concise Reports For Management And Clients.

  • Relevant Certifications: Candidates With Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Incident Handler (Gcih), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Or Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (Csih) Are Preferred. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Incident Response Processes And Best Practices.
