Lead Data Scientist
At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced and talented Lead Data Scientist to join our team. The Lead Data Scientist will be a key member of our Data Science team and will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics and data-driven insights. This individual will lead a team of Data Scientists in developing and utilizing cutting-edge technologies and techniques to uncover actionable insights from data. The successful candidate for the Lead Data Scientist role will have the following qualifications: a master's degree in a field related to data science, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, and engineering; at least 5 years of experience in data science; a deep understanding of data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning; hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark; strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL; and excellent communication and collaboration skills. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual with a proven track record of leading data science teams. The Lead Data Scientist will serve as a mentor and guide to our Data Science team and will help inspire and drive the development of innovative solutions to challenging problems. Responsibilities of Lead Data Scientist:
• Lead a team of Data Scientists in developing and utilizing cutting-edge technologies and techniques to uncover actionable insights from data • Provide mentorship and guidance to the Data Science team in order to inspire and drive the development of innovative solutions to challenging problems • Develop and implement advanced analytics and data-driven insights • Utilize big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark • Program using Python, R, and SQL • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members • Monitor progress of projects and ensure deadlines are met • Document research results and create reports to present findings to stakeholders
