- Develop and implement conversational interface designs for ADP's human capital management solutions.
- Lead the design team in creating innovative and user-friendly conversational experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives and translate them into effective conversational designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in conversational AI to continuously improve ADP's conversational interfaces.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Train and mentor junior conversational designers to ensure high-quality designs and consistent design standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of conversational designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align conversational designs with overall product strategy and goals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze conversational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for conversational design.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
- Play a key role in shaping the conversational design team's processes and workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert for conversational design within the organization and participate in knowledge sharing activities.
Extensive Experience In Conversational Design: A Lead Conversational Designer At Adp Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Conversational Design Principles And Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Conversational Interfaces.
Strong Technical Skills: This Role Requires A Solid Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Javascript, Python, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Natural Language Processing (Nlp) Tools And Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, As They Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Design And Develop Conversational Interfaces. They Should Also Be Able To Clearly Articulate Their Ideas And Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Project Management Experience: As A Lead Conversational Designer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Prioritize, And Delegate Tasks Effectively.
