  1. Lead the design and development of conversational interfaces for ADP's human capital management solutions.
  2. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and product managers to create innovative and user-friendly conversational experiences.
  3. Utilize user-centered design principles to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  4. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  5. Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversational design.
  7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.
  8. Lead brainstorming sessions and design reviews to gather feedback and refine designs.
  9. Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during implementation.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the conversational interfaces based on user feedback and data analysis.
  11. Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  12. Represent ADP as a thought leader in conversational design at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging and materials to promote ADP's conversational interfaces.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Conversational Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Conversational Design, Including Experience Creating Conversational Interfaces, Designing Conversational Flows, And Implementing Best Practices For Conversational Interactions.

  • Proficiency In Natural Language Processing (Nlp) And Artificial Intelligence (Ai): The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Nlp And Ai Technologies And How They Can Be Used To Enhance Conversational Interactions. Experience With Tools Such As Dialogflow, Ibm Watson, Or Amazon Lex Is Highly Desirable.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Lead Conversational Designer, The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading A Team And Managing Projects. They Should Be Able To Provide Guidance, Direction, And Feedback To Junior Designers And Work Collaboratively With Other Teams To Deliver Exceptional Conversational Experiences.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Team Members. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure The Success Of Conversational Projects.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Conversational Design, As Well As A Strong Knowledge Of User Experience (Ux) Principles. They Should Also Be Able To Conduct User Research And Use Data To Inform And Improve Conversational Designs.
