Responsibilities: -Onboard and implement insurance services for clients -Provide exceptional customer service for clients -Understand insurance concepts, coverage options, policy setup, billing and payments -Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries in a timely manner -Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service requests -Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies for process optimization -Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of insurance services -Proactively communicate with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insurance services
