We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team and drive sales for our Health & Benefits division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and delivering innovative insurance solutions.   1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  3. Understand and stay updated on the healthcare industry, including insurance trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  4. Analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that align with their business goals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Health & Benefits division.
  7. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  10. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry developments to continuously improve knowledge and sales techniques.
  11. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
  12. Participate in networking events and conferences to promote ADP-Automatic Data Processing and build relationships with potential clients.
  13. Stay compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Health And Benefits Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Services, Including Medical, Dental, Vision, And Disability Plans.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Account Management And Client Relationship Building.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Insurance Information To Clients.
