Job Description

As a key member of the ADP-Automatic Data Processing team, the Human Resources Information System Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support for the HRIS systems. The successful candidate will have a passion for data analytics and a strong understanding of HRIS systems. The position requires a highly organized individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, including knowledge of human resources systems and processes. The perfect candidate will also be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for HRIS systems
  2. Analyze and interpret data for HRIS systems
  3. Develop and implement new HRIS processes
  4. Maintain and update existing HRIS systems
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues
  6. Facilitate communication between team members and other stakeholders
  7. Train users on HRIS systems
  8. Monitor and analyze system performance
  9. Develop and update system documentation
  10. Research and recommend new system enhancements
  11. Stay up to date with changes to HRIS systems
  12. Collaborate effectively with other departments
