
Human Resources Information System Analyst
As a key member of the ADP-Automatic Data Processing team, the Human Resources Information System Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support for the HRIS systems. The successful candidate will have a passion for data analytics and a strong understanding of HRIS systems. The position requires a highly organized individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, including knowledge of human resources systems and processes. The perfect candidate will also be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for HRIS systems
- Analyze and interpret data for HRIS systems
- Develop and implement new HRIS processes
- Maintain and update existing HRIS systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues
- Facilitate communication between team members and other stakeholders
- Train users on HRIS systems
- Monitor and analyze system performance
- Develop and update system documentation
- Research and recommend new system enhancements
- Stay up to date with changes to HRIS systems
- Collaborate effectively with other departments
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Or A Related Field

Human Resources
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology
