Job Description

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Information System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HRIS system and ensuring its accuracy, security and availability.We are looking for a candidate who has extensive knowledge of HR information systems and the ability to analyze and report on data. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least three years of HRIS experience. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and monitor the day-to-day operations of the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, security, and availability.
  2. Analyze and report on data from the HRIS system.
  3. Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot any HRIS system issues.
  4. Create and maintain documentation for all HRIS processes.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve the system's efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor and test system performance and security measures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices.
  8. Liaise with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  9. Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions.
  10. Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
