
Human Resources Information System Analyst
ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Information System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HRIS system and ensuring its accuracy, security and availability.We are looking for a candidate who has extensive knowledge of HR information systems and the ability to analyze and report on data. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least three years of HRIS experience. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the day-to-day operations of the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, security, and availability.
- Analyze and report on data from the HRIS system.
- Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot any HRIS system issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for all HRIS processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the system's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and test system performance and security measures.
- Stay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices.
- Liaise with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science
