
Human Resources Information System Analyst
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Information System Analyst to join the team at ADP-Automatic Data Processing. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of HRIS processes and be able to analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions. Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HRIS systems.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and training materials for HRIS systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and functionality to ensure system uptime.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to HRIS systems.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful integration of HRIS systems.
- Participate in ongoing system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users in resolving HRIS system issues.
- Manage and maintain user accounts and security access levels.
- Generate detailed reports to track and analyze HRIS system performance and usage.
