Job Description

At Automatic Data Processing (ADP), we are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Information System Analyst to join our Human Resources (HR) team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and system design and development.The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record in HRIS systems analysis and implementation. They should have a good understanding of HR processes and policies, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. The successful candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.The Human Resources Information System Analyst will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and support of HR information systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HR systems, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting existing systems. They will also be responsible for developing reports, tracking and monitoring system performance, and ensuring that HR systems comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• Minimum of two years of experience in HRIS systems analysis and implementation• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Knowledge of HR processes and policies• Experience with developing reports, and tracking and monitoring system performance• Ability to ensure that HR systems comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, design, and implement HR systems.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems.
  3. Develop reports, track and monitor system performance.
  4. Ensure HR systems comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Provide technical assistance to HR team members and other stakeholders.
  6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth system integration.
  7. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  8. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth system rollout.
  9. Monitor usage of HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  10. Research and develop new HRIS technologies.
