
Human Resource Outsourcing Relationship Manager
At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resource Outsourcing Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can bring their knowledge of Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) to our team.The Human Resource Outsourcing Relationship Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and developing our HRO relationships. This includes managing supplier relationships, developing and maintaining a standardized operating model for all HRO relationships, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least three years of experience managing HRO relationships. The individual must have a strong understanding of the HRO industry, an understanding of the overall HRO operating model and experience with supplier management. The individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.We are seeking an individual who is motivated and passionate about making a positive impact on our business. Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop HRO relationships, including managing supplier relationships and developing and maintaining an operating model for all HRO relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively manage multiple projects.
- Monitor and report on HRO activity to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and recommend changes to the HRO operating model.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI from HRO relationships.
- Research and analyze industry trends to ensure that our HRO relationships are in line with industry best practices.
- Monitor HRO supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on HRO related activities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the HRO industry.
