HR Project Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of HR projects and initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, including the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

4. Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement in the HR space.
5. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure successful project execution.
6. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status and progress.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
8. Manage project resources, including personnel and financial resources.
9. Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to project team members.
10. Maintain and update project documentation.
