Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
3. Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding benefits and company policies.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
5. Monitor employee performance and attendance.
6. Maintain employee records and files.
7. Support the HR team in other administrative tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
10. Research and provide recommendations on best practices.
