
Group Health Insurance - Account Manager

- Manage and maintain relationships with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure exceptional service and support for clients' group health insurance needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management of group health insurance plans.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Use strong communication skills to effectively present and explain insurance options and plans to clients.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and services provided.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance client experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
- Attend training and development sessions to stay current on industry knowledge and advancements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing job duties.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Group Health Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Aca.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Client Relationships.
Experience With Adp's Insurance Products And Services, Or Similar Hr Technology Solutions, Preferred.
