1. Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their group benefits needs are met.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide excellent customer service.
3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Create and maintain detailed client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and underwriting, to develop and implement effective group benefits strategies for clients.
6. Conduct annual reviews with clients to ensure their benefits plans are meeting their needs and make recommendations for improvements.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in group benefits regulations to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
8. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
9. Prepare and present reports to clients on their group benefits usage, costs, and overall performance.
10. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks with clients' benefits plans.
11. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to effectively manage a high volume of clients and meet deadlines.
12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for ADP and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
14. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on industry developments.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.
