1. Oversee the payroll operations for our international clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes.
2. Manage a team of payroll specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations.
4. Stay updated on global payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues and provide solutions for complex payroll matters.
6. Prepare and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
7. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for various pay cycles and frequencies.
8. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of payroll expenses.
9. Train and mentor new team members on payroll processes and procedures.
10. Handle escalations and provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding payroll inquiries.
11. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
