Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Gestionnaire Indemnités Journalières. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily allowances and benefits for our clients' employees. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy. If you have a strong understanding of employee benefits and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

  1. Manage daily allowances and benefits for clients' employees.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits.
  3. Review and verify employee information to ensure proper eligibility for benefits.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  5. Communicate with clients and employees to answer any questions or concerns regarding benefits.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to employee benefits policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of employee benefit information.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees.
  10. Identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  12. Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive employee information.
  13. Prepare reports and data analysis related to employee benefits.
  14. Attend training and development programs to maintain and improve knowledge of employee benefits.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Managing And Administering Employee Benefits, Specifically Indemnity And Disability Claims.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits And Leave Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels.

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
