
Executive Account Success Manager
ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Account Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for helping customers achieve their goals, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients. The Executive Account Success Manager will drive customer success and ensure customer satisfaction by providing guidance, support, and education on the value of ADP products and services.The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be a proven leader with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables. They should have experience in developing customer strategies and working in a customer-facing role. Additionally, they should possess prior experience in the software and/or technology industry, a deep understanding of customer success principles, and a solid understanding of business processes.
