- Manage and grow relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their employee benefits programs.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and their specific employee benefits needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing their benefits programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and advice.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review their benefits programs and address any potential issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee benefits, providing guidance and support to both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and participate in client presentations as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Employee Benefits Account Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience Using Hris Systems, Such As Adp Workforce Now.
