  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ADP's digital solutions and how they can benefit potential clients.
  2. Proactively reach out to potential clients and build relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and their specific needs and pain points.
  4. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and implementation, to ensure a seamless sales process and successful client onboarding.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to continuously improve sales strategies.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  9. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of ADP's digital solutions to potential clients.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for ADP, representing the company's values and vision to potential clients.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  12. Continuously seek feedback from clients and use it to improve sales strategies and processes.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In A Digital Or Technology-Based Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Specifically In Selling To Major Accounts.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Digital Sales Strategies And Techniques, Including Social Selling, Crm Tools, And Online Networking.

  • Strong Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Decision-Makers At The C-Suite Level.
