Data Analytics Manager

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of our data-driven insights and strategies. 2. Analyze data and utilize data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends in data.
3. Design and implement data analytics models to inform decision-making.
4. Utilize statistical and data management tools to analyze and interpret large datasets.
5. Create data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
6. Develop, document, and maintain data processes and procedures.
7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for all data-driven processes.
8. Collaborate with other teams to define data requirements for projects.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven solutions and strategies.
10. Train and mentor data analytics team members on best practices.
