Data Analytics Manager

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a data science team while actively participating in the data strategy and decision-making of the company. This position requires a data-driven individual with strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics and be comfortable working with large data sets.The Data Analytics Manager will need to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or other advanced degree is preferred. Additional qualifications should include at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and/or data science, as well as experience managing teams. The ideal candidate should also have a deep understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, and the ability to produce high quality data models. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a data science team, including recruitment, training, and coaching of team members
2. Participate in the data strategy and decision-making of the company
3. Explain data analysis results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
4. Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to produce high quality data models
5. Utilize data mining to discover and analyze complex patterns in large datasets
6. Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of industry trends and best practices
7. Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data management
8. Create and maintain data quality standards and processes
9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
10. Review and analyze data to identify trends and insights to inform decision-making
