
Customer Support Specialist I
ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Specialist I to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong service-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high quality customer service. This role requires exceptional communication and problem solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing timely, accurate customer support and resolving customer issues in a prompt and professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate customer support, including responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and troubleshooting technical difficulties.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or other channels.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the company database.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ADP products and services.
