Job Description

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is searching for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task. If you are a customer service professional with a knack for problem-solving and a drive to help others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree preferred• At least 1 year of customer service experience• Knowledge of software and hardware systems• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills• Ability to work independently and within a team environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other methods in a timely manner. • Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues. • Provide clear and concise technical support to customers. • Log customer inquiries and resolutions in the customer service database. • Assist with internal and external customer inquiries and requests. • Provide timely feedback and updates to customers regarding their inquiries. • Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to customer service policies, procedures, and processes. • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers. • Document customer service issues and solutions. • Remain up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
