
Compensation Senior Manager
As ADP-Automatic Data Processing’s Compensation Senior Manager, you will be a key member of the total rewards team, working closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support the organization’s overall objectives and business strategies. You will be a trusted advisor, providing expertise on all aspects of compensation including job evaluation, salary structures, pay equity, and bonus plans. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of compensation systems, be an excellent communicator, and demonstrate a passion for developing creative solutions to complex compensation issues. Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field• 5+ years of experience in compensation design and implementation• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or equivalent • Proven ability to develop innovative and cost-effective compensation strategies to meet organizational objectives• Knowledge of applicable compensation laws and regulations• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and negotiation skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
