At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and will be required to troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical issues.The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to take ownership of customer issues. They must be organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Listen to customer inquiries and provide technical support to resolve customer issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or other channels in a professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues.
  5. Utilize company resources to increase customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  7. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Stay up to date on new products and services to best meet customer needs.
  9. Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions.
  10. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
