Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a Client Support Specialist who can provide exceptional customer service while responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. This role requires a highly organized individual who is passionate about helping customers and has the ability to think on their feet. If you have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of two years of customer service experience, have a thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. It is essential that you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers. Additionally, you must have a working knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
