
Client Support Specialist

The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing the highest quality of support to our clients.To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of two years' experience in customer service, a working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You'll also need excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and an unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.If you're passionate about customer service and have the experience and qualifications we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all ADP clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
- Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of client interactions
- Assist in training new Client Support Specialists
- Provide technical support to clients as needed
- Remain knowledgeable on all products and services offered by ADP
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
