
Client Support Specialist
ADP-Automatic Data Processing is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a highly organized problem solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing clients with a superior level of customer service in the resolution of their questions and concerns.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate must also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with clients. A Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide clients with superior customer service.
- Utilize customer service principles and practices.
- Monitor and document customer service activities.
- Ensure customer service standards are met.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new clients.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
