- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize expert knowledge of tax and payroll processes to assist clients in navigating and understanding complex services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation to track client interactions and resolutions.

Strong Knowledge Of Tax And Payroll Laws And Regulations: A Candidate For This Position Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Tax Laws And Regulations, As Well As Payroll Processing Procedures.
Experience In Client Service And Support: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Client-Facing Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Support.
Proficiency In Adp Software: As A Leading Provider Of Payroll And Tax Services, Adp Has Developed A Robust Suite Of Software Products. A Candidate For This Role Should Be Familiar With Adp Software And Have Experience In Using It To Support Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Clients, Both Over The Phone And Via Email. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Address Client Inquiries And Concerns.
