Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a highly-motivated Client Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional services environment. You should possess a high level of understanding of customer service principles, as well as be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult customer service situations. A strong working knowledge of relevant computer systems and software is essential for this role.
