Job Description

As the Client Service Manager at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), you will be part of a team that is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will be the go-to person for all client service inquiries, and you will be expected to effectively manage client relationships while providing a high level of customer service.The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. You should be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, and possess exceptional customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset. If you are a motivated self-starter and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, then this is the job for you.
