ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service to our clients through effective management of client relationships and delivery of operational excellence.We are seeking a professional with a passion for quality customer service and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will also have an aptitude for anticipating and responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a customer service or financial services organization. They should also have experience in leading a team and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of client relationship management and operational excellence.We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is able to work independently and in a team environment and who is driven by a commitment to excellence.
