Job Description

As a Client Service Manager with ADP-Automatic Data Processing, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction while they use our products and services. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our clients and serve as their primary point of contact, providing customer service and technical support. In this fast-paced role, you will need to be highly organized and able to multitask.We are looking for a qualified candidate who has a customer service background, a proven ability to develop relationships with clients, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy. The successful candidate should also be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical literacy in relevant software and hardware, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, is essential. Finally, the successful candidate should possess a high degree of integrity and be committed to protecting the confidentiality of customer information.
