Job Description

As the Client Service Manager at ADP-Automatic Data Processing, you will have the exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You must also have an understanding of ADP's products and services, as well as an understanding of the client's business processes. You will be responsible for delivering quality customer service and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. In this role, you will also be expected to identify potential areas of improvement, as well as provide solutions to our client's needs.
