- Manage a team of Client Service Representatives and ensure their success in meeting client needs and goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client growth and increase revenue.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to address any concerns and gather feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Utilize effective communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ADP's products and services to effectively address client needs.
- Proactively identify and address potential client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
- Represent ADP in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Hr Or Payroll Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr And Payroll Software Solutions And The Ability To Effectively Demonstrate And Sell These Products To Clients.
