Job Description

As a Client Account Manager at ADP-Automatic Data Processing, you will be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance that will help our customers achieve their goals and objectives. Our team is looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of customer service/account management experience, with a proven track record of creating and maintaining positive customer relationships. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer relationships and provide strategic guidance to ensure customer goals and objectives are met.
  2. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure a timely resolution to customer inquiries.
  3. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
  4. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues.
  5. Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
  6. Prepare and present customer reports on a regular basis.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and product offerings.
  8. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Provide training and support to customer service staff.
  10. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
