Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Client Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about helping our clients achieve their business goals. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem-solver and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to maximize satisfaction and ensure the highest level of service. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with clients, proactively identify and resolve client issues, and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and drive growth.Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills• Proven track record of developing successful client relationships• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Bachelor’s degree preferred
