
Client Account Manager
At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, while also providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution.The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in customer service and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of financial services. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution.

- Monitor client accounts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of services.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on the status of their accounts.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
- Generate reports and provide analysis of client accounts.
