Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, while also providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution.The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in customer service and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of financial services. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. We value creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills, and are seeking an individual who is highly organized and motivated to provide a superior client experience.We are seeking a Client Account Manager who is passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and who is motivated to take on new challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
  2. Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
  4. Leverage creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to deliver a superior client experience.
  5. Monitor client accounts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of services.
  6. Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on the status of their accounts.
  7. Stay up to date with current industry trends and best practices.
  8. Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
  9. Generate reports and provide analysis of client accounts.
